El Compadre

Our best-selling and flagship beer. We use flaked maize (corn) and noble hops to create this refreshing and crushable lager! Named by our friend, Miguel Rodriguez, this was our first beer to get it's own logo!

Broken Mailbox

Class: NEIPA |  7.1% ABV

Our flagship NEIPA hopped with Azacca, Citrus, and Lotus hops. It's so good, it'll make FedEx want to destroy your mailbox!

1723 Vienna Lager

Class: Vienna Lager |  5.7% ABV

Named after the year that Antonio Vivaldi composed The Four Seasons in Vienna, Austria. This Vienna style lager is malty and smooth!

Wind Wheat

Class: Hefeweizen  |  5.9% ABV

A Hefeweizen is a German style of wheat beer. Hefeweizens are known to use a very specific yeast that creates a dry and tart edge; they are often served with a lemon wedge. This beer is named after our beloved local baseball team.

Dreamsicle

Class: Cream Ale  |  5% ABV

An orange vanilla cream ale inspired by a childhood memory. Hopefully this brew makes you as nostalgic as an episode of Wonder Years, its truly summer in a glass.

Sadie Hawkins

Blueberry Pomegranate Edition: A special brew made by the girls of Hidden Trail! In a traditional Sadie Hawkins Dance, the girls ask the guys. For this brew, the girls asked to take the lead and learn more about the brewing process.

Schulman Shuffle

SMASH stands for Single Malt/Single Hop. It's an American IPA style that allows for the primary focus to be on the hop. This batch we've shuffled the hops to us BRU-1, a big, bold fruit foward hop from Yakima Valley!

Juju's Zoo Brew
