This Chocolaty Oatmeal Stout is dedicated to Paco the Penguin, who is now Rance's best friend. Paco helped Rance start the rest of his life with Shelby for that, we thought he deserved a beer named after him. 

El Compadre

Class: Adjunct Lager  |  5.6% ABV

Our best-selling and flagship beer. We use flaked maize (corn) and noble hops to create this refreshing and crushable lager! Named by our friend, Miguel Rodriguez, this was our first beer to get it's own logo!

Broken Mailbox

Class: NEIPA |  7.1% ABV

Our flagship NEIPA hopped with Azacca, Citrus, and Lotus hops. It's so good, it'll make FedEx want to destroy your mailbox!

Justeweizen

Class: RaHefeweizen |  5.2% ABV

Named after one of the chillest dudes we know, he begged us for a Hefe, so we gave this beer his namesake!

Broncnuster Dunkel

Class: Dunkel  |  5.4% ABV

A Dunkel is a dark German Wheat beer that is smooth and slightly malty. This beer is named after our neighbors and 2/3 employers, The GCCC Broncbusters. 

Half Moon Helles

Class: Helles  |  5.2% ABV

A Helles is a light German beer that is also smooth. We don't like full moons because their light is too bright, but a half moon is perfect like this Helles. 

Red Dog Lager

Class: Red Lager  |  4.5% ABV

Trevor Hands and company are in the process of opening a new Children's Museum here in town! He requested a beer to help raise funds, so naturally we decided to go with a style that resembles one of the oldest breweries in America.

Goserita

Class: Fruited Gose |  5.8% ABV

Who loves a solid Margarita? We do! A Gose is already made with salt and is slightly sour, so we added Margarita Concentrate to this beer to make a unique take on a margarita beer!

Wicked West Cider

Class: Fruited Cider |  5.5% ABV

Our house cider infused with Tangerine. This dry Cider so good, you might be willing to drop a house on someone to get more...that Wizard of Oz book was wild, right?!

Cherokee Plains
