Our Story
Our story begins in the summer of 2020. While working together, we realized that we shared the same dream. That dream was to open a hang-out style of brewery, without a kitchen, that focused on beers made in house, an outdoor area, games, and would bring in a rotation of food trucks. That summer was spent touring surrounding breweries in Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska to decide exactly what we wanted our place to become.
Construction really began the following summer with us doing demolition ourselves May 2021 and contractors hit the ground running in June. We were very excited to have contractors that allowed us to help as much as possible throughout the process. Sweat equity was important to us, and now that we are here we are all extremely proud to have had a hand in helping build this place. We opened November 24, 2021 and the community has welcomed us with open arms. We are striving to be a safe place where everyone can feel welcome. A place for those who felt as if they didn't have a place in Garden City. We are excited to be here and cannot wait for memories to be made at 2010 E Schulman Ave. Cheers, Cody, Colin, and Michael |

Michael ColeOpening a brewery has been a dream of mine for over 10 years. I never thought it would actually come to fruition, but here we are! Whether it is brewing, accounting, HR, bartending, or mowing the lawn, I do a little bit of everything here at Hidden Trail. Beer has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and I am humbled and honored to get to bring our vision to this community! I have two amazing children and a wonderful wife that allowed me to pursue my dream.

Cody CundiffLike many homebrewers, brewing has been an expanding hobby of mine for several years. It started on my kitchen stove, moved into the garage, and finally into a barn. I also teach Psychology courses at GCCC and am the father of four incredible kids and am married to an extremely supportive and loving spouse. I am thrilled to be part of this project and help bring something I love to this town.

Colin WilliamsGrowing up in Garden City, it was painfully clear that our community needed a fun and inclusive establishment for people to enjoy local beers. I enjoy song writing, spelunking, hiking, rafting, and hockey. I have one child, Magnus, and a wonderful wife. We moved back from Colorado to pursue our dream in the town I grew up in.
